Getting nervous about WH rental

We went through the WH rents site and sent an inquiry, got a few replies, picked a unit. We have sent our monies via paypal and faxed our rental papers to the owner. Owner said they'd email our confirmation Monday, received nothing so sent an email inquiry, got a reply from owner that they did send but then I inquired how it was sent because we had not received a fax or email. Now owner is not responding and up until this point owner was replying back within the hour...........

I wouldn't worry too much at this time. Some owners have real jobs, families, and get busy. Who are you renting from? Maybe someone here can validate if the owner is legitimate.
