I had recalled that there was a thread about someone that either never got the MB at check in or wasn't sure if they would be mailed prior to their trip given the short travel window. Well we were down at AKL earlier this month, and were to get new MB at check in since we booked our room 2 days prior- we were there and gone so fast we never got our MB at check in and I completely forgot after we checkin to go back and grab them since we went down with our other MB. Well I sent guest services an email last week and they called today to let me know they are sending them out to me. I was starting to think I wouldn't hear back but glad they called me. So if anyone was curious on how to get them after a trip, just shoot them an email. Now if you are on a time crunch then call, it took a full week to get a response from my email but in their defense it does say they will get back to you in 7 business days.
