Getting my LGMH today!

OOH I was wondering which green I should be using. I was debating between 2 different lime green ones. One was a slightly darker color.

i had went to our local home depot and got a lot of them and of course other colors so i could make a countdown and i forgot whre i put them lol, might be making another trip there

I really love that idea. I think when I head out the door again, I'm going back to pick up a whole bunch of different colors. I want to make one!

I got self laminating strips at Target. This last set isn't staying sealed tho, I liked the first set I got there better.

We went back to Home Depot and picked up a whole bunch more to make our countdown calendar and we're working on it now!!

I just made a quick one a few minutes ago. I'll post a picture in a second. I totally forgot to put my screen name on it though so I need to go back and pick up more of them from Home Depot!

I need to re-make mine, because I forgot to write in my screen name! But it's double-sided (I used two of them) and laminated. I probably wont cut that shape around and just leave it a rectangle with rounded edges and then put a hole in between the ears to attatch it to my bags.

Here is what one of mine looks like :

Someone else here used pony beads, and I thought it looked so neat! I just use packing tape and don't laminate. 2 pieces of packing tape cover the entire area. I also used tiny cable (zip) ties - 2 of them - to ensure that it is nice and strong attached to the luggage. I have 1 on each bag of ours, I believe. I may need to stop back at HD - or find a way to use the wonderful Alien Green paint I purchased, discounted to $1.00, LOL.

OH - Don't cut out the cardboard - just run the LGMH under some water and the head part will come right off the cardboard. I would have gone crazy cutting out the shape for mine. Good Luck.
