My son will barely be 54" when we go to IOA in October. Is there one place we can get him measured and maybe get a wristband showing he is tall enough to ride the Hulk and DD? I don't want to have to get him measured everytime we want to ride those rides.

Thanks

I do not think they have a wristband. If the attendant has a concern about a rider's height, there is a measuring line at the front of the line he will have your son stand against to make sure he makes height. Just have your son go through the line as if...then let the attendant say he needs to be measured. Barely is good enough. Then again with boys you never know when they will have a growth spurt.

For the larger roller coasters there are measuring lines before or as you enter the queue and again as you exit the queue to board the coaster. There are even measuring lines on the OPPOSITE wall from where you board the coaster... and I know because my daughter was actually taken off of DD twice and Hulk once to be measured at those lines, LOL. I didn't mind of course, I am all for safety. Each time she made the cutoff, but just barely!

When enter Islands Of Adventure Just before the ticket windows there are some paddles(Oars) with the heights in them you can measure your son prior to entering the park.

Hulk - 54"
Dueling Dragons - 54"
Doctor Doom - 52"
