Wow four different resorts - thats impressive. I think i would do my own itinary calendar before I left home just so i would know where i'm sleeping.
This works really well for me. I create a 7 day calendar - obviously it has the seven days of the week, and the dates of each day, The first row i List the All the Park's hours for that day under each Park in smaller letters are the parades/fireworks the are having that particular day and what time. i.e.
MK 8am - 10pm
Sptro 8:00
Wishes 9:30
EPCOT 11am-11pm
Illmnatns 9:30
and so on until all the park hours and events are recorded. I put the park that has EMH in a different color - If the Park names are all printed in Blue, the day they have EMH that park will be in Orange.
Under each day i put all our reservation numbers and times, the days we check into resort our resort and Reservations number is writen, name of the restuarant and ADR Confirmation Number, tee-times & course name, spa times. I also make notations in red if any reservations need a 24/48 hour cancelation policy i also put our flight info on the day we arrive and the day we depart.
When we get to our room I just put the calendar on the table and all we have to do is glance at one piece of paper for all our information
this works really great for us.
