Getting insurance for renting points?

Ok, so if you rent out points do you purchase insurance through InsureMyTrip.com? And do you just purchase a policy for the amount of the points?

Do you mean if you are the renter and you rent a reservation from an owner?

I'm not sure how many responses to that question you would get here, since most of the people that frequent these boards are the owners (although certainly others do too). You might get a better response to that question on the Resorts board?
