Getting ice water at cs restaurants

How do you go about getting a cup of ice water at cs restaurants (if you're not ordering any food)? Do you just go up to the counter and ask someone or do you ask the cashier (stand in line)?

Is there any place else to get a cup of ice water or do the drink stands only sell bottles?

i am not 100% sure but we did this last year and had no problem. I ask for a cup of ice water with a smile and please.

just kidding. If there is a line, I wait my turn in line and tell the CM taking orders. We get ice water all the time.

I don't see why not, I had breakfast at Kona Cafe with my mom, and had asked them to fill my ASMO mug with water before we left (and ended up dumping it, it tasted AWFUL!), so I can't see why the cs places won't do it. The way I look at it, you're just going to pour the water in your mug ANYWAY if they don't, and toss the cup.
