Getting from WDW to Miami and Back

We will be leaving WDW early on a SUnday morning to go on a cruise out of the Port of Miami and then driving back to Orlando after the 7 day cruise to fly our at 9 that night from MCO - Recomendations on how to make this happen low cost - there are 4 of us and My first guess would be a one way rental each day but not sure where they pick up and drop off? TIA

A rental is going to be your best option. Rent your carat WDW the afternoon before you leave for your cruise. You can rent at the S/D (Alamo and National), or head to DTD. The hotels in that area have car rental counters. For example...Budget is located at the Doubletree.
Drive to Miami, and return the car. I think you will find that rental companies have shuttles back to the port.then reverse it foing back
