I'm looking at booking a sort of B2B. Fantasy and then Wish. We will need to get from Terminal 8 to Terminal 10. Has DCL made arrangements to transport guests who will be doing this next year?

Not sure this is something that DCL plans on offering. You could call them and ask. You could also call Port Canaveral and ask them, but I doubt the port will be offering anything themselves. You may need to use Lyft, Uber or a Taxi to get from one to the other.

I have not seen anything about DCL providing transportation other than for the "cross-over" cruises -- those where guests board at one terminal and debark at the other. I think any other cruises guests will be on their own to arrange for transportation. As PP suggestions, Uber/Lyft may be your best bet.

Getting from Disney cruise to terminal 10
All I can think of is to give Cocoa Beach Express a ring and ask them if they can arrange to transfer you from Disney cruise to terminal 10 if they say no the unable to do that. Them I just recommend just use uber, Lyft or taxi.

Except there are no sidewalks or pedestrian-friendly pathways. Walking along the road is not recommended.
Interesting. How do people get from the ships to the huge parking structure between the two terminals?

Google maps says it's 3-10ths of a mile. That should be an easy walk even with luggage.
I don't think that's safe to walk it's all roads. You will need transport from terminal 8 to terminal 10 because there's no paths or pavements.

Each terminal has it's own dedicated parking.
Okay, but what route do people use to walk to it? But more importantly, hopefully someone has a solution for the posters problem.

Don't know about terminal 10, but terminal 8, has a bridge from level 3 parking to terminal. And, you can cross the street between the two at street level.

Yeah, for sure, walking from one terminal to the other is not safe. If we end up booking both cruises, I'll report back on what DCL has to say.
Thanks. It HAS to be a situation they have dealt with. Using the roads does not look safe, although there appears to be a route direct from terminal to terminal going through parking areas, but ONLY if that area is open to pedestrians.

Each individual terminal is completely fenced off and gated. The only way to get between terminals would be by using the main road and entering through a security check point at the entrance to that specific terminal. It's just not an everyday occurrence that someone is going to arrive at one cruise terminal and then go to a different terminal for a new cruise.

If its not opened for pedestrians you can always ask shuttle bus companies like Cocoa Beach Express if they will take you from terminal 8 to 10 it's best to ring shuttle bus companies a few weeks before you go on Disney cruise because of availability.

I think DCL is going to have more of this situation as they start sailing 2 ships out of Canaveral on the same day. Hopefully they come up with an option to book through them for a transfer.

I didn't want to start a new thread for this, but does anyone know the best solution at this point (without a car)? I am seriously considering this in January and need the safest option. If we have to uber, I assume that's crazy busy in the mornings after a cruise--would I book it then and just wait for one (probably for a while) to take me to the other terminal? Or would you recommend talking to the Disney CMs when disembarking to see what they suggest? I'm able to walk with luggage but don't want to cross 4/6 lane highways with excited cruisers driving. :)
