getting from POP to AKL

Does anyone know what the taxi fare might be from Pop to AKL? We are spending our night of arrival at Pop, then transferring to AKL for the first part of our Land/sea package. We originally planned to take wdw transportation over to AKL in the a.m. and check in so we could go to the parks with our ultimate park hopper, but it seems that would take at least 39 minutes (not including waits) as we need to go from Pop to BB, then to AKL. Can anyone verify this or come up with a better plan? A taxi would definitely be quicker and easier, but it seems the expenses keep mounting!

a town car should be around 15. A cab might be slightly less

A taxi shouldn't be too expensive. (Just so you know, give Luggage Assistance a call the night before, and they will move your luggage for you)

Using the buses, take the bus over to AK park. Let the driver know you need to go to the Lodge. He or she will advise you on the quickest way. DO NOT go to Blizzard Beach for a transfer. Using AK park will be best, and shouldn't take you long.
