Getting from Point A to Disney

Okay you guys I'm thinking about flying. I need your help with the following.

1. How would you get from MCO to universal...We would like to purchase bottle water and milk on the way to Universal.

2. Is there a Walgreens or supermarket nearby that we can walk too? Will travel with my son 18 and niece 5

3. How would I get from universal to Disney (staying at Disney for 7 days)?

4. Since I will probably use airtran I will have free transport to Orlando Airport using disney transport service.

Just the thought of driving 9 hours by myself sounds dreadful. My 18 could help but I will be nervous and make him nervous as well. I could drive within two day but thought if I stay at hotel and pay for gas that could be an air ticket.

1. Town car. Most include a 15 or 30 minute grocery stop. Or rental car.

2. No idea, but I suppose it depends what you consider "walking distance". There's nothing particularly close if you're staying onsite at Universal, I think.

3. Car, if you rented one. Taxi or town car if you didn't. While Mears runs shuttles between the two parks, I'm pretty sure they're passenger-only, i.e. no luggage.

4. It would not matter which airline you're flying; ALL Disney resort Guests are entitled to transportation on Magical Express, in one or both directions. You're probably confusing the transportation itself with the luggage service - passengers on certain airlines can check in for their flights and check their luggage through to their destination airports from their Disney resort, on the day of checkout (with certain restrictions).

You NEED to make reservations for this in advance; you cannot merely show up at the bus pickup area and expect to be transported. You can call your resort Operator and ask to be connected to Magical Express, early in your trip.
