Getting from Orange county airport with an immobile knee?

A wrench was thrown into our holiday plans when my husband injured his knee. We're flying into orange county on Southwest, staying at the Anaheim Hilton, and need to figure out some kind of shuttle situation that can accommodate an immobile knee. He can stand without problem, so a shuttle bus might work or some large van where he can stretch out his leg. Any suggestions?

The taxis tend to be vans, and he could sit in front with the seat pushed back.

I've had a van taxi that would work easily. He could "hop" (haha, scoot) in first, and have his leg between the front row seats.
