Getting from MK to DHS

We don't normally drive but we are spending the week at Siesta Key and are going to Drive over to MK mid week of our trip. With the new Donald Duck AP magnet we are going to spend 1/2 the day at MK then go over to DHS. I have never driven at Disney always taken the busses what is the best way to get between the 2 parks? Thanks!!

Just exit the MK/TTC parking lot and follow the signs.
All WDW roadways are well-marked.
Allow at least 35-45 min. The drive won't take that long, but parking and getting to the gates
can take time.

Would you drive or take a bus and just come back to MK? That feels like a lot more wasted time to me but I'm not sure.

Driving between the 2 isn't too bad. Everything is well marked, just follow the signs. Having paid parking at one park, you shouldn't have to pay at the second park.
Since you have a car, driving will be easier than taking the bus over to HS and back to get your car at MK.

I would park at AK and take the bus to MK or monorail resort. and then take bus to AK when you are ready. getting from parking lot (TTC to Mk) take awhile.

Drive, especially since you'd be driving past DHS on the way out anyway. And remember that there is no bus from DHS to TTC, so you'd either have to take the bus to MK plus the monorail or ferryboat to TTC, or bus to Poly and walk to TTC for the parking lot tram.

But be prepared to spend up to 15 minutes getting out of the DHS parking lot if you're leaving at closing time. The current exit is inadequate and has a traffic light when heading towards World Dr.

Thanks! We will be leaving at least an hour if not 2 before closing just so we aren't so late getting back to the beach house.
