Getting from Disney Studios to DTD

I think I have seen the answer to the question before but I cannot seem to find it...
What is the best way to get from Disney Studios to Downtown Disney? We will be there at the end of January. We will have our 2 year old with us if that makes a difference.

We take a bus to Saratoga Springs... Depart at the Congress Park bus stop... and stroll to the [new] walkway bridge which places us right by the Art of Disney store.

You can also take the boat from DHS to any of the Epcot resorts and catch a DTD bus. Not sure if Swan/Dolphin has an DTD bus but pretty sure they do and it's the first stop on the boat route.

You don't mean "Epcot bus" (which they do NOT have) but, you likely mean "DTD bus" (which they DO have.)
