Getting from Clearwater Beach hotel to WDW?

We leave tomorrow for 2 days in Clearwater, then we're trying to figure out how to get to POFQ the cheapest! It says $218 for a taxi or $220 for luxury car. Any ideas?

Car rental is mostly likely out since mom had a stroke, so we aren't going to do too much driving ourselves.

A rental car really is going to be the best bet...at least the cheapest one. Is there anyone that can drive?? It's a very easy, straightforward drive from Clearwater/Tampa over to WDW.

It's just under 2 hrs. to drive and yes, it is VERY easy to get to WDW.

I agree that a rental car is the best and least expensive option.

A rental car might be your best bet, but at this late date and given the holiday season (and the possibly mistaken impression that only mom is over 24?), a rental car might actually cost you more than the prices you quote.

Two things to factor: one, neither quote you got includes the gratuity; and two, while the luxury car cost is a fixed price, the taxi is an estimate.
