Getting from California Grill to resort

I have an 9:15pm ADR for California Grill on March 16 and the only park that has EMH is Epcot which ends at midnight. Will we get out in time so we can make it back to our resorts before the buses stop running for the night? I have one party that will need to make it back to ASM and I need to get back to VWL.

If EPCOT is open until midnight, buses will run through there until at least 1:00. I don't think you will have any trouble getting back to your resorts.

It's easier to just grab a cab at CR. Well worth the $20.

I believe you can just take the boat to VWL- I think the boat runs until 11 or 12 pm. The ASM party will either have to take 2 buses or spring for a cab.

I used a cab 4 times while at Disney. They all drove like maniacs!! But it is the easiest way.

Depending on the number of courses you have at dinner, dinner may take a couple of hours and you may not have enough time or feel rushed to try and get back to Epcot. I would also suggest the cab option.

If you are wanting to use Disney transportation that should not be a problem. You should be able to ride a bus to Epcot and then get on the bus to your resort. Buses run really late even after closings to make sure everybody gets back to their resorts from dinner and the parks.

I don't think there is a bus to epcot from CR..you would take the monorail to epcot and hop a bus to all star

I thought they all were very tame when I've taken the cabs. My husband says I drive like a maniac so maybe that's why.

I say take a cab. Much faster and easier.

The monorail closes 1 hour after regular park closing, so the Epcot monorail would close at 10:00pm. There is bus service after that.

I just checked the calendar, MK closes at 10:00pm, so the MK monorails would run until 11:00. You might be able to walk over to MK and catch a bus from MK depending on the time.
