Getting from Animal Kingdom to The Swan

I'm thinking about scheduling a dinner at Garden Grove for Saturday night after Animal Kingdom closes and I'm wondering what's the best way to get from Animal Kingdom to The Swan via the buses? Will it be more trouble than it's worth?

There is a direct bus from AK to the Swan. It may have stops at Dolphin, Boardwalk and Yacht & Beach Clubs. On my last visit the Swan was the first stop. Depending on where you are staying, you may have a two leg trip to get back to your hotel after dinner though.

The Swan and Dolphin are treated just like any other Disney resort when it comes to buses (except for DME). Should take you about 15 min from AK even with stops.

Take a bus to Hollywood. Then you can either take a Friendship boat from Hollywood to the Swan or you can walk. The boat is way over to the right at the park entrance and the path entrance is tough to find but it's on the opposite side of the boat dock. Take the boat there and walk your dinner off on the way back. We loved the Garden Grove.

Actually, it's easier and faster to take a bus from Animal Kingdom to the Swan.
