Getting excited...one day - what not to miss?

Due to a promotion ticket, a coke points ticket and getting a really cheap 1-day hopper pass, DH and I are going to US/IOA for next to nothing. Now, I know it's only one day and we're going to have to cram in everything we want to do, but it's been 13 years since we've been there (pre-IOA) and I can't wait. It's a day trip from our usual Disney, so it gives us a little something different. I've been looking at the pics thread and the themeing looks awesome at IOA.

After reading several posts about the rides/attractions regarding the affects on people with motion sickness, I know that the Simpsons and any of the coasters are off limits. DH doesn't do well with coasters and I have gotten less fearless over the years. If DH takes his Bonine, he may be OK with the other stuff. Based on that, what do you think would be the "not miss" attractions for the one day we have?

Here's what I would do. Shrek, Disaster, Twister, Jaws, Men in Black, ET, Terminator and Horror Make up Show at Universal. Spiderman, Jurassic Park, Poseidan's Fury, Cat in the Hat at IOA. That should give you time for lunch at Mythos.
