I would just tell her you can get Saratoga for about $200 a night. If that's all that came up, then that's all there is.
If he wants cheap in the middle of July he should plan more than 4 weeks ahead of time and then consider International Drive.
I wouldn't sweat it.

First off, she should not be offering your cast discount to people. If I were you, I would just bow out of the deal by saying that "nothing" is available at that time with a cast discount. Why would you want to allow your aunt to use up your "other bedroom" discounts I would use them for only friends of mine or family..not my aunts boss. Especially since your aunt offered it without consulting you.
I would not get myself worked up in a tizzy trying to find a discount for her boss either. If you know the boss, it is a different story. that is just my 2 cents & hope you do not take it the wrong way I am just looking out for your benefit.... Disney really doesn't take too kindly to just freely giving out cast discounts

I too wouldn't be bending over backwards to try to help your Aunt's boss. He is perfectly capable of booking a room by himself.

And honestly how rude of your aunt to offer your cast member discount. I would tell her your sorry but that wasn't polite and your discount isn't avail for her boss to use.

Your aunt should not have done that. Even my DH would not do that!
She made her problem, your problem. Unless you know the boss and offered it in the past, I would just say sorry no availability, and suggest the boss call their local AAA office.
