Getting Different Palo Night

Going on 4-night Double Dip CC on May 25th. Signed up for Palo dinner at 75 days out and there were no night 2 or night 3 slots left, so had to sign up for night 1. Would love to switch to night 2 or night 3 so we get to eat in all the restaurants at least once.

What are the chances a slot will open up? Should I just keep checking back every day?

It's not a HUGE deal as I have been on 3 cruises before, but I'd still like to go to all the restaurants if possible.

We were able to change our Palo night in Rockn Bar D right after boarding. We got exactly what we wanted too! It pays to get to the terminal early, we had a boarding number of 2.
