Getting credit from Jetblue?

Hi there,

We have our flight down, paid roughly $80/ticket. Now the same flight is on sale for $69/ticket.

Is there a fee to get credit? I still have to buy our return flights, so a credit would be put to good use...

There shouldn't be - but last time I did this, the fare went down $20 and I 'only' got $18.50

I called JB last week because our tickets went down $15/ea so we now have a $45 credit.

Thanks for the replies! I will call today for credit. Now if the return flight would just go down. I should have booked it when it was $99...now it is $139!
