getting confirmation of HRH???

We have our rooms booked - I have called and checked with the confirmation number they gave me- but I have nothing in writing to give to the hotel once I get there?? Of course they have charged by CC the one night stay? Is this a big deal? I usually get a written confirmation from HRH? Getting a little concerned with 29 days to go??

We received an email a couple of weeks after we made our reservation. If you are concerned, just call and ask that your confirmation letter/email be re-sent. Hope you have a great time - we'll be warming up the hotel/parks for you in 2 days...

I recieved and Email confermation. Call and they can send you one. They have been great, I made a mistake in my email to them and they call to verify it with me, They are all on there toes.

I wonder why calling doesn't work for me!
I originally booked club level and received a confirmation in the mail a week later, without requesting one. Then I called to change to standard, and I asked for a new confirmation letter, just to make sure I have something to prove I'm standard in case at check-in they charge me for my original club level.
Well, this was in October of last year and after calling them back at least 5 times, I STILL haven't received my new confirmation letter. They always apologize and say they'll send it. One said they don't routinely send one for modified ressies, but would since I requested it.
Anyway, I the last time I called they said they'll e-mail it to me. But it never happened.

I really want my confirmation letter!

I called and asked for a confirmation (booked in Jan for August). They said they would send one in July or so. I will try calling again...... makes me nervous to have nothing in writing.

I reserved in April for July and received an e-mail confirmation just a few days later. Did you give them your e-mail address? They asked for it when I called.
