I have been off track since the beginning of the year. I have been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds.
The biggest obsticle I am dealing with is a hip/groin injury. The pain comes and goes and gets worse with exercise. And not being able to do too much exercise is tough, since for me exercise is what keeps it all going for me. Without exercise I tend to slip more on my eating and I just don't feel as good.
So wish me luck and any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

I was good though and just had my salad. I guess I should be happy that he wouldn't care if I indulged in fatty hot wings!
disneychrista. Sorry to hear you are struggling, I understand what you mean about exercise being key, it is the same for me. I hope that you can find a solution that works for you, perhaps your doctor may have some suggestions on exercise that won't cause you pain. Have you tried exercising in the pool?
