Getting around with ECV?

next year I will be travelling with my father who will have his own ECV. He and my mom will be staying at fort wilderness. What is the best way for them to get to the parks? should they take their own vehicle? or use disney transportation? My family will be staying at POR we will be meeting them at the parks for breakfast and such.

The Buses and boats and even the monarail are equiped to carry ECV's.
We only used Disney transpertation on our trip with my ECV.
It makes it a easy vacation with no driving.
