Does anyone have experience with this? How does it work here at USH vs. Disneyland? I know at Disneyland you just go to the ride and they work with you to get in a special line or come back at a certain time and you don't need a certain pass or anything. Do you need a special pass at USH? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Very similar.

First, when you enter the park, go to the left and visit Guest Relations and explain your issue. They will issue you a special card that has your name, party size and a barcode. You use that to show at the entrance of rides, depending on the issue, you can either enter or get a return time. All rides have elevators if needed and other ADA access.

One big issue is the access between the Upper and Lower Lot. Most folks use a series of 4 different escalators to get between the two areas. A Shuttle bus system is used for those who need to avoid the escalators. This includes one elevator, and loading/unloading the ECV including strapping it down, so plan to do the lower lot all at one time, and plan for the extra time needed using the shuttle.

There is a special loading area for the Tram Tour, which also requires strapping down the ECV/Wheelchair. This is separate than the main queue. (You are pre-loaded prior to the main platform).

Interesting to note, Universal was the first main park to offer rest stops for service dogs.
