getting around the parks - park to park, resort to resort, DD to Typhoon etc?

ok so whats the general "rule of thumb"?
resort to park, park to resort - cant do resort to resort
can do EpCot to/from MK w/monorail switch
what about Typhoon Lagoon to a park? resort?
Downtown Disney from a park? resort?
cant do Epcot to a Boardwalk hotel
think of Boardwalk area as a set of hotels (not an attraction) cant get directly to another hotel from Boardwalk
mini-golf (both places) direct to all hotels?
what else?

can't go resort to resort...must switch at a park or DTD
monorail runs MK and Epcot
TL to/from resorts
DTD to/from resorts--no parks
you can get to a boardwalk resort from Epcot..take bus

Take the boat or walk from International Gateway to Epcot. There is no bus to the BW from Epcot.

mini-golf (both places) direct to all hotels? only winterland/summerland while BB is open. For Fantasia no direct service. If you are staying at an MK resort,take MK bus to Swan and walk. If Epcot resort, take boat or walk to/thru Swan to golf. If any other resort, take bus to MGM and boat to Swan
