Has anybody heard how the transportation will be at the new RR? How long is Skyline ride to Epcot? Is it bus transportation to every other park?

The Skyliner can take you to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Bus everywhere else.

For others wondering, it took me a few minutes to figure out RR is Riviera Resort.

CBR <-> AoA/Pop: under 6 minutes
CBR <-> DHS: 5-6 minutes
CBR <-> Epcot (via Riviera): 15 minutes

All three lines terminate at CBR. You will need to change lines at CBR if it's not your final destination.
The Riviera station is a pass-thru station. You can either remain on or exit depending on your final destination.
