Getting an Owner’s Locker from Bell Service very late

My family is flying into SFB and arriving at 9:30 pm for a trip to Kidani. I think my absolute best case scenario is getting to Kidani at around 11:30 PM, and that’s best case scenario, with no flight delays, no extended waits for the rental car, etc. Our owner’s locker has toiletries we’re going to need that first night. Is it possible to get it even if it’s around midnight or afterwards? Is Bell Services open that late?

Bell Services is open 24 hours a day. Think of it this way. Somebody arrives early in the day, room isn't ready so they need to leave their bags. You have after hours, sometimes parks open til midnight, etc. Those people have to get their bags after getting back to the resort.

Can confirm the 24hrs.

We've had OL + bags delivered at around 1am before.

We recently checked out of BRV in early December and left the resort around 5:30am. Bell Services was not open to take our Owners Locker. My DH and DD had walked down before me and dropped the Owners Locker off. When I came down maybe 10 minutes later there it sat on the edge of the counter with nobody watching it or having checked it in. When I asked DH and DD about it they said the front desk agreed to take it since Bell Services was there yet. What exactly that meant I don't know but it did make it back to storage so It all worked out but it did not make me feel safe about dropping it off nor did I have any idea bell services would not be available.

I had mine delivered to the resort, but did have it delivered to my room until the following day. It was not an issue.
