yay! i can't believe it! my moms getting me a puppy this weekend!! hehe

still working on a name for a girl. if its a boy, im naming it Milano. but my mom wants me to get a girl. any name suggestions? and also what breed should i get?

im so excited!! ill be sure to post pics of it when i get it.

You should get a dachshund. I have one named princess (the name suits her well)
or a jack russle. their so cuite. maybe a minni pinscher,or just go to the pet store and whatever lil doggie you find thats cuite get. I went to the pet store and fell in love with all the dogs and wanted to take them all home. Their sooo cuite.

I'd go with a mutt... it will probably be REALLY hard to get a purebreed on such a short notice... if you want a well bred one that is less prone to disease and hereditary problems... mutts are generally healthier

I don't want to guilt trip you or anything,but,
Keep an open mind to the age thing,puppies get snatched up the quickest and easist.
I rescued a beagle about three years old off the street,I wouldn't have traded her for a million puppies!
Older can sometimes be better!
