Getting a GAC @ Epcot: Guest Services locations?

Hello! We'll be spending a day at Epcot the day before boarding our first ever Disney cruise! One of our sons has cerebral palsy and other medical issues...long story short, we get him a GAC.
We're staying at the Beach Club and entering Epcot via the International Gateway. Is there a Guest Services location there or do we need to head to the location near Spaceship Earth?

I'm counting on using Guest Relations at the International Gateway in August. I'd swear I've read that there is one there.

according to the map seen here: http://www.wdwinfo.com/maps/epcot.htm there is one near the international gateway.

I can verify that there is a Guest Relations booth at the International Showcase entry before you enter the park.
Look carefully because it is cleverly disguised as a ticket booth- not that hard to tell the difference really and if you go to the ticket booth by mistake, they will redirect you.

There are two booths at the IG. If they are both open, the one on your left (as you are facing Epcot) is GR. If only one is open, it handles both tickets and GR.
