Getting a cab from a WDW resort

I need a cab one morning early (8am) to go to the Dolphin to pick up our rental car. We will be at the CBR. Do I need to call the desk ahead of time and have them send for a taxi for me?? Or will there be some outside that early??

Because of the way the CBR is set up, you will need to call for a cab, there will not be cabs waiting outside of each of the villages. You can call from your room, I assume that they can come to your building to pick you up but I am not sure.
Or, you can take the internal bus to the Custom House and someone there can call a cab for you.

I assume this is Alamo. Why not just call them and they'll send a shuttle. We do that all the time with Alamo. Good luck.

Dolphin has National, an affiliate of Alamo. I believe National can arrange for a shuttle to pick you up from CBR. You should arrange for that in advance.
