Get to park at opening??????

We are there for 2 days next month (May 13th and 14th) and also staying onsite. We have 2 small kids so the coasters aren't our priority, I guess we don't need to rush around either, or is it busy in May???

Except for Memorial Day weekend, the parks aren't too terribly busy.

Do we know the park hours for Nov yet or is it like WDW & they don't post those until 6 months out?
