Get the lead out

We just returned from Disney. We stayed at All star Sports. While blow drying my hair I see a sticky banner on the cord of the dryer. It says to wash your hands after using because the power cord has lead and it is harmful.
Probably all dryer cords have lead, but that warning sticker being on the dryer has me freaked out. I am sure I touch lead all day, but I don't want a sticker on it to remind me.

I have seen that warning a whole lot!! they are on everything from christmas tree light cords to lamp cords... there is lead on a whole bunch of the electrical cords that I have!
