Under 16s can use YouTube to watch content provided that the specific item isn’t age restricted under community guidelines. This includes any educational material. They cannot make comments or like/dislike.

I was speaking as a parent who under this law is losing their rights to parent, not as a 0-15 year old.

This law is taking away rights and responsibilities of the parents to parent.

I see the negatives grossly outweighing any benefits.
