Get hit w/ Spring Break or be OK???

last minute trip to BWV 3/31-4/2 and we going to get hit with major crowds??? One board said prime time I wasn't thinking when I suggested the weekend. Am I going to be disappointed, I am so used to going in December

This is our spring break and we've gone this time for several years. Only time we don't go is when it coinsides with Easter. It's been busy, but manageable. We'll be at BWV, leaving on the 2nd.

I would go with the mind set of high crowds. If it turned out the crowds were not that bad then consider it a bonus.

We are staying at BWV (Boardwalk View) March 26th - 31st.

I guess I have been spoiled over the years going off season wasn't sure what to expect. Cross my fingers it's not too bad but we will have fun anyway!!!!

People always get too worried about Spring Break IMO. The week before and the week after Easter are always the worst of it. Spring Breaks are spread out all through March and April. I would say expect crowds but I doubt it will be too bad. The weather will be great! Enjoy!!

However, that is the weekend before Easter so I think it's going to be crowded (and I will be there then too!

It isn't the weekend before Easter, Easter is April 16. There's another weekend in between there.

I'll be down March 25 and am not terribly concerned about the crowds.

Easter hops around so much it is hard to keep track! We have been 2 weeks before Easter and it was not bad at all IMO. We have also been during Easter and it was packed!! However, we were there for Christmas last year and still had a wonderful time, despite the crowds

We were there in 2005 the week after Easter. This was our first trip to Disney. The crowds were at capacity but we still had a GREAT time. Things just went our way the whole trip so lines were not really an issue for us. The weather was absolutely perfect!!

I was worried about crowds as well during our visit 3/29-4/07 but the parks hours haven't been extended too much until the next week where MK is open 8am-12am. So I'm hoping that's a good sign that it may be crowded while we're there...but not nearly as crowded as the week after we leave.

Absolutely! The high crowds started this past Friday.

We'll be there starting 4/1 this year. We went the same week last year and LOVED it. The weather was so beautiful that we didn't mind the crowds. Course, last year Easter was early. This year we'll be coming in before Easter. So, we'll see!

IMHO I'll take more crowds over going in the middle of summer and dying of heat and humidity. I don't pull my kids out of school and we're really limited when we can go.

Ok thanks for all your thoughts. I will not compare crowds to my normal December visit!! The good thing is that I will be going with my sister and we arent taking the kids. We have all the patience in the world when it is just us!!! So we will evjoy everything anyway. All the Adr's are made so as long as we have food we can endore anything!!!

Just use the fastpass system and you'll be fine! The crowds were picking up at the end of last week. That week culminating with Easter will be crowded. Probably like Christmas.
