I say that anybody can post and ask what they want for signatures because then the people will have more of a choice.... I am having so much fun making signatures just check out mine. They can't sparkle that much because of the program that I am using but still anybody can put whatever the signatures they want I say.

i have paint shop pro 9 and the animation shop. can i make them in that? or is it a special program?

ThinkTink, no you do not need another program. You don't even have to have PSP. I have MSP and can still make signatures.
