Does anyone have any idea how long this promo will be going on? I am going in Nov. and staying offsite. Two MM vouchers would be awesome for us (we get up very early and the 10am open time in Nov. seems stinky). I'm just wondering if I should buy tix now... or wait to see if a better deal comes along (like pay for 3, play for 5... like the one going on now, but valid in Nov.).

The current DLR promotion of 2 days free expires April 24, 2008. I'm not sure how long GAT is offering their 2 MM's. I would call and ask.

DLR traditionally does not offer any deals on hoppers in the fall. They do offer 4th night free at their hotels, though.

THe only other discount option for hoppers would be purchasing through the gaydaysanaheim website at a significant discount, but there are no MM's offered with those convention tickets.

Excellent information! Thanks sooo much. I will call GAT and when I get the info I will post (might not be until next week though... have kind of a crazy weekend here).

Just an on this... GAT answered that the two free MMs would be valid throughout the year. They would not be mailed, however, until closer to the date of my Nov. trip. Are the tix GAT sends vouchers that need to be exchanged at DL?

They'll be tickets that you'll pick up at Disney's will-call window (basically the ticket offices in front of the park). We just used them earlier this month. Just had to show ID to pick them up.

I see... thanks for the info! One more follow up question... I'm assuming the will-call window is accessible in the promenade between the parks. Do the hours of the window run the same as the park hours? I'm just thinking that my dh or I might go get these the night we get there (a non-park day) so we don't waste time waiting in line on a "park day".

I was so happy to find this thread.:yay: As I had some of the same questions. Basically wondering if it's worth the effort to purchase from GAT for the 2 MM. Mainly how the ticket process works.
I too am curious for an answer to the above quote.
Awaiting advice!:flower3:

It is in the promenade between the parks. I don't know for certain, but I would assume that the will-call hours would be the same as the parks.

We ordered through GAT for our tickets last Nov. They sent the vouchers promptly in the mail. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and did not plan on going to the parks that day, but to dinner and DTD instead. We stopped by the will-call on our way through to DTD. There was no one in line, and it took moments to get our tickets. It seems to me that we all had to be there to get them with our i.d.'s, but maybe I am wrong. Perhaps the man was just being friendly and asking the names of each of the children. We were all there, so it wasn't a problem. But perhaps someone else can answer whether they were able to get all tickets for their party without them all being present. If that is the case, then you could even get there early before the park opens, have someone stand in line at the gates and someone else stand in line to get the tickets (if you are unable to pick them up the day before). We found the lines for entry to be very long every day, and that the gates did not typically open right on time (one day was 15 min. late).

But those TWO MM entries are wonderful. We were there at T-giving, and it was very busy. The two MM allowed us to ride a lot of rides with little to no wait. Our fav is Buzz, which we would just ride over and over during MM. I lost count of how many times we rode it during our visit.

So whatever the cost, whatever the inconvenience, I will go with GAT to get those two MMs every time! :thumbsup2

We use GAT and love them. They do not send vouchers for the DLR tickets. You take your ID to the ticket window and pick up all the tickets. For instance, I ordered a package through them for 12 people, we paid with 3 different credit cards and put all the tickets and hotel in one name, mine. I am the one who will have to show ID at the ticket window and pick up all the tickets (12) for everyone. No one else has to be there, just me. So I must remember to take my Driver's License, even though when we are in So. Cal. I don't usually drive. Oh well, I need it to get on the plane anyway.
