Get 4th night free promo...which hotel???

I was checking out the get the 4th night free promo on the universal site and it seems to be within our budget. For 5 people for 6 nights w/4 day base tix. at Comfort Suites Orlando in Nov. it's a little under $1300 and includes free breakfast. Is that a good deal? For a little more we could stay in a 2 bedroom at Mystic Dunes. Now we don;t mind a 20 minute or so ride to the parks and will not be doing wdw this time.
We've never been there before and I see that we can get in an hour early if we stay at one of the partner hotels. I know we don't get FOTL access but our budget is very, very tight due to just spending 2k to fix dh's truck.

The early admission makes a huge difference. If you can swing one of the package deals, I'd go with that. Did you check the other packages on the Universal site to see if there are any with bigger accommodations?

So I checked out reviews on tripadvisor and it looks like Mystic Dunes reviews aren't that great.
Now trying to decide between Comfort Suites and Holiday Inn...both say they're within walking distance so we wouldn't have to pay for parking. Guess i'd look them up on googlemaps to check out the walk. We will have a car as we're driving down. In case we want to park ho much is it? Since our budget is so tight I need to be sure of all costs!

It is $15 to park. There is a shuttle from the Major Ave. hotels. Also, a cab costs about $5 each way.
