I feel a little sorry for him.

My DH is the king of inappropriate jokes when he's nervous. When we brought our first baby to the peds for colic the pediatrician asked if we had any idea why she was so irritable. Now that I know him better, I know that he was scared something might be really wrong and that made him nervous. He said, "Must be that gunpowder we fed her." I'm like this- She said, "What did you say?" and he said, "You know, they feed it fighting dogs to make them mean." and laughed. She ran out of the room and made some phone calls. I'm pretty sure that's still in the chart.
