Georgia resident receive the Fla AP rate?

I feel like I have read on these boards that Ga residents receive the Florida AP rate? True or False? Can you purchase online or must you purchase once you arrive?

This was true in the past but when I tried it at the Studios last year for DS they said that it had been discontinued years ago even though he got it the year before.

I've renewed my AP every year by phone since 2010 and have gotten it every year but I have to insist on it as they always try to get me to pay full price.

Give it a try at the park and you may get lucky but it's doubtful and yes, you have to show your GA id so you can't do it over the phone except for renewal.
