This is a fight between connected people and will be interesting to watch.
Those who blocked his move for studio expansion may also be able to block this.
What really bites is that I think George is doing it as a payback, rather than truly trying to uplift the life of poor people (not to say it is his responsibility in the first place).

Is he using payback as a reason, sure. Based on his history of supporting charities, it's probably not his primary reason.

Serves those elitists right. Going to be tough to stop seeing as George is using his own money.
