I have a grill similar to the George Foreman grill and I was wondering if anyone and everyone was kind enough to post some recipes for the grill. I have a lot of frozen chicken breast in the freezer that I would love to cook on the grill.
I like the Monterrey seasoning, too, but my absolutely favorite way to fix chicken breasts on the Foreman is to soak them, first, in Lawry's Herb and Garlic marinade. Yummmmm! So simple, but so very, very good.
I like to marinate the chicken breast in Good Season's Italian dressing and cook it on the foreman, it's very yummy. Other times I like to use a seasoning called Cavender's on chicken.
I have a dumb question - or rather maybe an embarrassing question - when I cook on my George Foreman - somehow I always seem to really sizzle (it gets all black and burntlike) my chicken breasts. I put them on for 8 minutes at the most and I also spray my grates. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me with any suggestions?
