George Forman Grill and Chicken

Hi! Does anyone own a George Foreman Grill? If so, how long would it take to grill a piece or two of boneless chicken breast? also, how long for chicken thigh?

I have one. I have not done thighs, but do to chicken breasts a lot. I would say it takes about 7 or 8 minutes, that is a guestimate. I am not good at timing. . I usually flip the chicken over a few times and then check the inside to make sure it is cooked through. HTH.

I have one and cook chicken breasts on it all the time. Yeah, it's about 6-8 minutes, depending on the size. Tip: make sure you don't overcook it! It overcooks really quickly!

For frozen chicken it is about 7-8 minutes. I usually also turn at about 5 minutes. Just a habit.

Is there a trick for making tasty chicken on the George Forman? Even when I marinate the chicken it is like the marinade just runs out. I am actually quite frustrated with it!
