Geocaching at Fort Wilderness

My wife and I recently got into geocaching while camping. We have had a blast getting into it, and our kids are also hooked. I haven't tried to pull up any info on the geocache website yet, as our next trip to FW isn't until early August. I figured I would just toss out a thread here and see if there is any Disney geocaching to be had, and get a little geo-feedback from members here. If all of this so far is Greek to anyone reading this....just google geocaching; it really is a lot of fun for the whole family.

I have never heard of this, but just read up on it. Oh it sounds liks FUN! My 12 year old would LOVE this!! He'd think he died and went to heaven. Now I can add this to my ever-growing list of things to do/find out before September's trip.

Sadly you will only be able to find Virtual Caches due to security issues. There were a few in the past but all has been removed by Disney. I can not say I blame Disney when you realy stop to think about who is to say someone is not doing / leaving something destructive. Also being it is Disney someone is going to see you sneaking around off the beaten path and in the bushes and probably call security which is not something anyone would want to deal with either.

There is alot near Disney, a dozen or more in Celebration.
