Genie Plus while not there?

Hi! My senior dad who has limited knowledge on working his cell phone will be at Epcot for 1 day on Thursday. Does anyone know if I can add him to my own disney experience app, and purchase and book genie plus for him from afar? I will ask him to give me his ticket info when he gets it. Is this possible? Last year, my flight wasn’t until mid morning. I bought Genie+ before 7. At 7 I booked Slinky Dog for late afternoon, before we got on the plane I booked Tower of Terror and when the plane land around 12:50, I booked Toy Story Mania. So we walked into DHS with 3 rides booked plus a dinner reservation for Mama Melrose.

I did this for a friend recently. I didn’t purchase it for them because they knew how to do that, but I played the refresh/modify game on my cell phone for him while I was at home.
