Genie + for kids under 3?

Newbie question...For a 2 year old that doesn't have a ticket - we don't purchase genie + for them correct? If the rest of our group is using a lightning lane can they just come in the lightning lane with us since they won't have their own pass?

What about for the ILL purchases? I assume the Frozen ride in Epcot is the only one that would be appropriate for that age group right? Do we have to purchase them an ILL if the rest of the group is using one?

Thanks in advance! Trying to plan for our first disney trip in 20 years and there is a lot of new information to take in!

The under 3 crowd can go on any ride that they meet height requirements for while remaining free. Mickey and Minnie runaway railway and Remy would probably be appropriate as well for the ILL$. But yeah, since they don't have a ticket, there's nothing to tie a genie purchase too, so they just get to go along for the ride
