Do you book your accommodation/flights/tickets yourself, do you use a travel agent, or do you do a combination of both. How do you decide which you will do?

Thank you so much for your help.

We always book everything ourselves, after researching and discussing our options. We drive to Orlando, but if we flew we would book it ourselves as well. I guess I like to be in control in terms of the details and the cost.

I do them myself. Agents often charge for many services, and with the proliferation of internet search sites, I'm almost as good at finding deals as they are.

We have always done everything ourselves. These boards have made it that much easier to plan a great holiday. We have never had any problems doing it ourselves and we have had awesome holidays!

I have always done it all myself. Find that the prices for exactly what I want can be done cheaper and to our prefrences.

most travel agencies don't use SouthWest. SW only uses it on website - so it is hard to find deals at other places for it. Now some internet sites are now mentioning it.

own points at DVC. plus several other timeshares. so it is just easier to do it myself.

besides as someone mentions with the deals out there - if you have access to the internet it definitely makes everything easier and cheaper.

I have always done it myself. It allows me to plan my schedule not someone else. It has always worked out great for me!

We've always done it ourselves. I just have a hard time trusting someone else to get us the best deals...the best places, etc.
