General store?

Is there a general store in WDW? LIke if you are staying in the park and you need something do you have to travel outside the park to go to a food store or convenience store?

Depends on what you need. most resorts have the basics.

The Screen Door General Store on the Boardwalk has more than most resort shops. Check it out if you're in the area.

oh ok! and where is that?

The gift shops in the resorts have pretty much what you'd need, but they're expensive. If you have a rental car, you should drive to the Target about 15 minutes away. (Ask a CM for directions.)

There is also a general store in Downtown Disney Marketplace that has everything from Tylenol/Children's Tylenol to hard liquor.

You can take the bus to Fort Wilderness.

I believe there are two convenience stores at Fort Wilderness.

Expensive like other stores in the parks, but will probably have a greater selection than most other on site stores as far as groceries go.
