General renting DVC questions

I'm new to all this and considering it for my next trip. Will I still have early morning access to the parks and will renting points mess up linking the reservation in the magicband to the tickets/reservations etc. like do I still get to book things 60 days out?

Yes, you are staying on site when you are staying on DVC points, so you will have entry half an hour before opening. You are also staying in a deluxe resort so you get the extra evening 2 hours they offer twice a week usually at Epcot & either MK/DHS/AK.
Everything links through MDE, just enter your reservation number once you have it from the owner you rent points from & you should be good to go & you’ll be able to book ADRs at 60+length of stay.
In terms of MB working, I have lots & sometimes I have to stop by the front desk to get one to work, but that’s likely because I’ve lost track of which ones I’ve deactivated & they need to reactivate the MB .
