When I called (around 7:30) I only had to wait about 10 minutes BUT I pressed the button for wanting to change my reservation, not make a new one. Maybe that will help some of you.

I did the same at about 7:15 and waited 10 minutes at most.

Does anyone know if it's limited to certain hotels? I couldn't use the Visa code because they didn't give the discount at ASMo? ANy help appreciated.

For my dates of Dec 8th-16th I was just told it was good for AS Sports and AS Music only. I already had the Chase Visa discount for AS Sports, but wanted POP. I could use the AP discount for POP, but just the room would have cost me $530.96. Instead I have the room and a $75.62 one day MYW ticket at AS Sports for $515.47. The room portion of my pkg is just $439.85. Since when are the General Public codes and Visa codes better than the AP codes? I'm a little pissed .

Took them 54 minutes to answer, and 60 seconds to tell me i needed to call back (after that long wait) with the code (which has not been released) to book with the lower rate.

Hang in there, everyone!!! I'm sending you ALL the rest of my positive energy. Just got off the phone and can say that the looooooong wait was definitely worth it! Our savings:

2 adults, Pop Century, Nov 7-16 = $508.68!!!

Now I'm even more excited than I was before!!! BIG THANKS to all of you, dis'ers. Without you guys, I wouldn't even have known about the codes. And no one would have listened to me stress about them for the past 2 weeks!!

I pushed option #2 also to change reservation and have been on hold for an hour, and I called fifteen minutes before you did. You got a dose of pixie dust!

Of course, I did call on the toll-free number...

Well at least for me its a good time to be on hold-its that magical hour where Little Einsteins and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is on and my 2yo DD is glued to the tube for that hour!

I have been reading everyone's posts and it looks like a lot of you have had some excellent deals but some not so good -I am wondering what the difference has been in the packages.

Saved $520!!! Had to switch from POFQ to POR, but for $520--no problem!!!! Our package now: 2 adults, 1 child, POR 7 nights plus 7 day PH total $1541. Awesome.

I called on my cell phone this morning and had my husband call on our land line. Since I got through, I had him hang up. 45 minutes later the land line started talking!! My husband did not hang up. I figured it was a sign that the perfect deal opened up!!!! No luck! Still no values during my time but I'll get a big phone bill!

Warning!!! She did say the wait time right now was 1 hour and 3 minutes!

I just got off. The CM told me the code was not valid and then while I was disagreeing, politely, with him, he said it just popped up on his computer. Well, thank goodness.

I got POR for 5 nights/6 days of passes for 2 adults for $1002.24. Hope that is a good deal. Going on 10/14-19.

Already have package at WL for Dec 1-8. CM said that the only resorts coming up under the new code ZQH were Saratoga Springs & Fort Wilderness Cabins. So I'm staying where I'm already booked & just paying the $.

I got on AT 7am and it's 8:13 now? I called grand gathering reservations, though, because that is where they always send me if I call regular reservations (since we have a big group going).
